• Salsa Ponzu
• Daikon grattugiato
• 2 cipollotti
• Semi di sesamo
• Crescione

Preparazione

  • Togliere la carne dal frigo 20 minuti prima della cottura.
  • Condire la carne con sale da ogni lato.
  • In una padella scaldata, scottare la carne 30 secondi su ciascun lato a fuoco alto.
  • Togliere la carne e lasciar riposare 10 minuti avvolta in un foglio di alluminio.
  • Scolare il daikon.
  • Tagliare finemente la carne.
  • Condire la carne posizionata nel piatto, con erba cipollina, salsa Ponzu, semi di sesamo e il daikon grattugiato.
